Our team goes through the requirements: trade, grade, stage of the works, hours and the documentation required by the coordinación de actividades empresariales (the statutory health-and-safety coordination between the companies on a site).

We look for the right profile on our payroll, check that their PRL training and their documentation are valid, and confirm to you who is coming.

We organise the onboarding, the clocking in on site and the daily follow-up. You see all of it from the client portal.

- QR and GPS clock-in Every clock-in and clock-out is recorded with the time, the location and the GPS accuracy.
- Working-time record Working-time control compliant with RD-ley 8/2019, with the records retained.
- Daily report with photographs The team documents progress on site; the foreman reviews it before it is published.
