- Removal of waste to a licensed handler, unless quoted separately
- Hazardous, asbestos or clinical waste cleaning
- Pest control and disinfestation (requires a company on the Spanish ROESB register)
- Replacement consumables (paper, soap), unless agreed
Legal framework
Registered under CNAE 81.21 (general building cleaning), 81.22 (other industrial and building cleaning) and 81.23 (other cleaning activities), all included in the company’s registered objects per its incorporation deed. Provided as a commercial services contract, not as the supply of workers.
