Tell us about your project
You send the request or call us.
- Which trade or trades you need
- How many professionals, and at what stage of the works
- The exact location and the working hours
- The start date and the expected duration
A short process, with a named person responsible at every step and no surprises in the paperwork or in the hours invoiced.
Tell us which professionals you need, where the site is and how long the work is expected to last. A two-minute form or a phone call.
Our team goes through the requirements: trade, grade, stage of the works, hours and the documentation required by the coordinación de actividades empresariales (the statutory health-and-safety coordination between the companies on a site).
We look for the right profile on our payroll, check that their PRL training and their documentation are valid, and confirm to you who is coming.
We organise the onboarding, the clocking in on site and the daily follow-up. You see all of it from the client portal.
We set it out because the part that worries people most about subcontracting is not the price: it is not knowing what happens between the call and someone turning up on site.
You send the request or call us.
We go through the requirements with our operations team.
We choose the specific people and check their documentation.
Onboarding, clocking in and daily follow-up.
Every site we run works on software we built ourselves. It is not an extra billed on the side: it is the way we work, and it is what lets us tell you exactly who is on your site and what has been done today.
The process from the other side is just as short: you apply, we check your documentation, we call you when there is work in your trade, and you clock in from your phone.
You will see it in the portal before anyone tells you, because there will be no clock-in. Our office gets the same alert and either finds a replacement or tells you how long it will take.
Yes. If a profile does not fit the site, tell us and we will change it. We would rather sort it out early than carry it to the end of the project.
The worker or the foreman requests the correction from the app, and the administration team reviews it. The correction is logged with who asked for it, who approved it and when — the original record is not deleted.
One named person in our office for the whole project, plus the foreman on site when the team has one.
Tell us what you need — trade, location, duration — and our team will come back to you with a concrete proposal.
