JOB AND SKILLED, S.L. combines professional construction services with digital workforce management, so that companies can organise and deliver their projects with less friction and better information.
What we do
We are a construction and technical services company based in Barcelona. We carry out electrical installations — our main activity — plumbing and air conditioning, refurbishment, bricklaying and finishes, flooring, roofing and building maintenance. We also supply qualified professionals to other companies in the sector when their own workforce cannot cover a stage of the works.
The difference is in how we manage it. Every site we run works on our own system: the workers clock in with a QR code that records the time and the location, the foreman sends a daily report with photographs, each person’s documentation has its expiry date monitored, and the client can consult all of it from their own portal without picking up the phone.
That system is not a marketing extra: it is the way we work, and it is what lets us answer with data when a client asks what was done last Tuesday.
What we are not
We are not an Empresa de Trabajo Temporal (an ETT, a Spanish temporary work agency). We do not hire out workers to be directed by another company. We provide construction services and specialised subcontracting under Ley 32/2006, with staff employed and registered by us and working under our organisation and our direction.
Nor do we use artificial intelligence in our services today, even though it is part of our plans. When we do, we will say so and explain exactly what for.
Four principles we do not negotiate
What we say can be checked
If we do not have a photograph, a reference or a certificate, we do not publish it. We would rather have a site with visible gaps than one full of invented figures.
Everyone properly registered
Registration with the Seguridad Social (Spanish social security), a contract under the Convenio de la Construcción (the Spanish construction collective agreement) and PRL (Spanish health-and-safety) training before anyone sets foot on site. No exceptions, because the exception is the one that turns up in the inspection.
Information is part of the service
A client should not have to ring up to find out who worked on their site today. That is why we build our own software instead of buying it.
A trade done well is worth paying for
We work with qualified professionals and compete on reliability and control, not on being the cheapest name on the list.
